Connection Issues

We are aware of a recent issue (as of May 26, 2023) affecting some Apache webservers that causes intermittent connection issues. Thus far this has only affected a handful of customer Plesk servers. You may see a 403 forbidden error or an “Apache 123 test page” and if you find yourself affected by this please let us know by opening a ticket so we can quickly address this problem until the developers release a permanent fix.

DEMO SSN ISSUES

We are experiencing problems delivering replacement/demonstration SSN’s for UniBasic/dL4 from the web delivery system on https://clients.dynamic.com. You may obtain such SSN’s by logging in to our legacy licensing server using ssh to demossn@demossn.dynamic.com. You must choose the April 1, 2023 expiration date for your SSN or an error will occur.

If you do not have your login for this legacy access system, please open a support ticket to request a replacement or send an email to ssn@dynamic.com and we will respond to your requests starting at 7:30 AM Pacific Time on Tuesday, January 3.
