Brief Outage of Shared Hosting/Email Services

We performed a reboot of (panel6), one of our shared Linux/WordPress hosting servers, to increase capacity at 7:00pm. Unfortunately, the web services restart was delayed due to a configuration issue that prevented sites from coming up.

Services have been restored with increased capacity. Downtime was about 1 hour.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team works vigilantly to monitor our systems and ensure we have the appropriate capacity to deliver your site content quickly and reliably.

Our Relay Server has been updated and moved to the cloud. All clients have been migrated. If you are experiencing email relay problems, please verify that you are specifying smtp.dynamic.net as your relay. If you are using a different name, such as smtpgw.dynamic.net or an IP address, please modify your settings to smtp.dynamic.net
